ما الذي نجمعه
عند التقييم المجاني: نرسل اسم النشاط الذي تبحث عنه إلى خرائط قوقل وقت الفحص لجلب نتائج البحث. لا نخزّن لدينا اسم النشاط أو تقييماته أو عنوانه أو صوره؛ نحتفظ فقط بمعرّف المكان (place_id) ودرجات التقييم التي نحسبها نحن.
عند طلب تقرير أو تحليل أو التواصل معنا: نحتفظ بما تكتبه بنفسك، مثل بريدك الإلكتروني أو وسيلة تواصلك وملاحظاتك.
عند تعبئة نموذج المتطلبات لبناء موقعك: نحتفظ بتفاصيل نشاطك والمحتوى والملفات التي ترفعها، لتنفيذ مشروعك.
كيف نستخدمها
نستخدم بياناتك فقط لتقديم الخدمة: عرض تقريرك، الرد على طلبك، إرسال التحليل المجاني الذي طلبته، وتنفيذ مشروعك عند التعاقد. لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستخدمها لإعلانات طرف ثالث.
مع مَن نشاركها
نشارك القدر اللازم فقط مع مزوّدي خدمات نعتمد عليهم لتشغيل الخدمة: الاستضافة والبنية التحتية (Cloudflare)، بيانات أماكن قوقل (Google) وقت الفحص، إرسال البريد (Resend)، ومعالجة الدفع عند إصدار عرض سعر (Stripe). لا نشارك بياناتك لأي غرض آخر.
ملف تقريرك
يعيش تقريرك على رابط خاص لا تفهرسه محركات البحث. أنت تتحكم به: يمكنك حذف التقرير وبياناتك في أي وقت بضغطة واحدة من رابط "احذف بياناتي" داخل التقرير.
مدة الاحتفاظ والحذف
نحتفظ ببياناتك للمدة اللازمة للغرض الذي جُمعت من أجله، ثم نحذفها. يمكنك طلب حذف بياناتك في أي وقت عبر رابط الحذف في التقرير أو بمراسلتنا، وننفّذ الطلب.
ملفات تعريف الارتباط
لا نستخدم ملفات تتبّع إعلانية. قد نستخدم فقط ما يلزم تقنياً لتشغيل الموقع بأمان.
حقوقك
لك أن تطلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها. تواصل معنا عبر meyar@meyarweb.com ونستجيب في وقت معقول.
حماية البيانات
نتّبع إجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة لحماية بياناتك. لا يمكن ضمان أمان أي نقل عبر الإنترنت ضماناً مطلقاً، لكننا نتعامل مع بياناتك بعناية.
تحديث السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، ويسري التحديث من تاريخ نشره على هذه الصفحة.
القانون
تُعالَج البيانات وفق القوانين المعمول بها في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
Who we are
Meyar is a brand of Aldaim Digital Ltd, which is responsible for processing your data (the controller). This policy explains what data we collect, and how we use, protect and delete it. For questions or requests: meyar@meyarweb.com.
What we collect
When you use the free grade: we send the business name you search to Google Maps at the time of the check to fetch results. We do not store the business name, ratings, address or photos; we keep only a place identifier (place_id) and the scores we calculate ourselves.
When you request a report or analysis, or contact us: we keep what you type yourself, such as your email or contact method and your notes.
When you fill in the requirements form to build your site: we keep your business details and the content and files you upload, to deliver your project.
How we use it
We use your data only to provide the service: to show your report, respond to your request, send the free analysis you asked for, and deliver your project if you engage us. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary with the providers we rely on to run the service: hosting and infrastructure (Cloudflare), Google Places data at the time of a check (Google), email delivery (Resend), and payment processing when a quote is issued (Stripe). We do not share your data for any other purpose.
Your report
Your report lives on a private link that search engines do not index. You control it: you can delete the report and your data at any time with one click from the "delete my data" link inside the report.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time via the delete link in the report or by contacting us, and we act on it.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use only what is technically necessary to run the site securely.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data. Contact us at meyar@meyarweb.com and we respond within a reasonable time.
Data protection
We follow reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed absolutely secure, but we handle your data with care.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, effective when published on this page.
Law
Data is handled under the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
